我们是刚拿到，钱还没有花出去。265是一个小网站，为什么能够拿到风险投资，对大家比较有借鉴意义。265是在2003年5月份开始创建的，花了差不多一年的时间，就达到非常大的流量，在2004年6月份，当时IDG就来找我，第二天就引见我见IDG的领导，说实话那时候很兴奋，觉得风险投资也能找上我们。但接下来的谈判，在谈判过程当中，有非常多的细节，有非常多的问题，但我觉得这是好事，比如他们会提出各种各样的问题，你是怎么做的，你想接下来怎么做，你想怎么赚钱，我觉得这非常有意义。如果相对于跟他们聊天，我更愿意回答他们提的问题。这就相当于对你的网站，还有你的公司提出新的要求。这种挑战是非常有意义的。比如他们问我你觉得怎么挣钱，就让我考虑好几天。因为一开始我们只是一个小网站，所以没有很大的压力，这是IDG给我们带来重要的因素，带来不仅仅是钱的问题，我说了我现在连一分钱都没有花，更多的是管理理念、经营理念，会带给你更多的比如相关的投资网站的关系，让你能够接触更多的东西，怎么把网站做的更好。

我们谈判也算蛮顺利的，听IDG说，第一天晚上见到我，就觉得第二天要投资我。它给我举了几个例子，比如他们开始投的QQ和3721，他说一开始3721找他的时候，他都没弄明白网络实名是什么东西，结果投了，觉得它很有创意。它觉得我跟它一样，当然不是一个创意就能够拿到钱的，他说有300万的访问量这就是一个证明。后来谈判很顺利，但在半年的过程当中挺麻烦，包括要在海外成立公司、国内成立公司，各种各样的董事会乱七八糟，弄得我有点儿烦，但现在的确我慢慢接受了，为什么接受了？一个小企业或者一个小网站，你要想更快的发展，你必须引入更好的基金。所以在半年的过程当中，让我学到很多的东西，这个东西不单单是管理上的，会让你调整你对公司发展的定位。

我再讲一下我拿到先投资的心态。他们找我谈的时候，本身是他对我的认同，我们是在10月份正式签定合同，后来我跟IDG的陈龙武，他说应该庆祝一下，找一个小地方花了70块钱，为什么？因为签定合同起我就不再高兴，我突然觉得压力很大。之前可能是一个人做的事情，我想怎么做就怎么做，我也许没有太多的负担和压力，但签定合同之后，就好象给我加了一个枷锁。不单单是花了70块钱庆祝一下，现在过了6、7个月。原来我做一个小买卖，日子过的非常的轻松。但自从跟IDG签合同以后，我一天只能睡几个小时，感觉非常的苦。虽然苦，但很有意义，因为之前我可能不能做很大的规划，只能做到了算到了，担风险投资进来之后，你可以尝试一下你之前梦想过的事情或者想过的事情，应该建立在更清晰的思维和发展模式，不是说你拿到风险投资就成功了，我认同宁君的那句话，拿到风险投资只是一个开始，只有把网站和事业做到被整个社会认同，我觉得你这个人才成功。

我讲一下265为什么能够得到IDG投资，博客的兴起，包括265的兴起都展示了个人的力量，互联网在2005年更多是炒作一些概念，几乎中国互联网模式都是从美国拷贝过来的。这里面我就要讲一个奇迹，在卖给百度一天是超过800万的访问量，这个人从来没有走出过广东，住的地方是广东梅州，下面有一个镇，镇下面有一个村，他就在那个村子里面。因为我去找过他，为什么他会成功呢？他填补了一个互联网的空白，2000年的时候，我们所见的独立网站，基本上是提供大而全、填充式的服务模式。你到我新浪来，你看我新闻，我会提供邮箱给你用，新闻给你看，这只是被动式的传输。我们网站接下来应该是个人的时代，像博客。博客改变什么？我想要什么东西，需要你提供什么东西给我，让你视野更广泛。新浪、搜狐、网易提供的只是把堆积出来的东西提供给你，在互联网信息非常缺乏的时代，这是非常有效的，当信息越来越多到达的时候，情况就不一样了。我们可以从国外的模式看到这样的状态在发生，比如GOOGLE，为什么GOOGLE能够打败YAHOO？因为可以通过它找到各种各样的信息。包括现在不管网摘、博客还是B2B，265也是个人的成功，为个人服务的成功，所以我们也会往这个方面发展。
